1. Clean the squid and use a flower knife. Do not cut the bottom. After using the flower knife, cut it into small pieces. Wash the garlic sprouts and cut them into small pieces.

2. Heat up the oil in a hot pot, pour in shredded ginger, Sichuan pepper, and dried chili peppers until fragrant.

3. Stir fry the squid slices and add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

4. Pour in other seasonings, mix well and stir fry until fragrant. When you see the squid rolled up, pour in garlic sprouts and stir fry for a while.

5. Add salt to season and serve.

2、 Onion mixed with chicken


150g chicken breast, half an onion, 10g aged vinegar, 10g light soy sauce, 2g salt, appropriate amount of chili oil, 1g pepper powder, 3g garlic powder

1. Add a little light soy sauce and pepper to the chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Put it into a pot and steam until cooked. After cooling it with cold water, cut it into small pieces.

3. Shredde the onion and put it into the chicken.

4. Mix all the seasonings well to make a sauce, pour it into the ingredients, mix well, and marinate for a while to enjoy.

3、 Fried Shrimp with Bitter Melon


1 bitter gourd, 100g shrimp, 10g soy sauce, 2g salt, appropriate amount of oil, a little cooking wine, and 3g garlic powder

1. Remove the head and shell of fresh shrimp, and pull out the shrimp thread for later use

2. Remove the gourd and slice it thinly

3. Heat up the oil in a hot pot, add minced garlic until fragrant, and quickly stir fry the shrimp to change color

4. Pour in bitter gourd and continue to stir fry. Add cooking wine and salt and stir fry for a while

5. Pour in soy sauce and stir fry evenly to remove from the pot.
